Kimberly Denardo, Vice President and Director of Management Services, joined the Lee & Associates team in 2006. Since the inception of Kim’s career into the Real Estate industry, she has played an integral role in the leasing and management of a diverse array of product including office, industrial, office/flex, retail, residential as well as distressed assets.

Kim began her career with Richard Flagel Realty, Inc. in 1999 as Property Manager and was primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of a 500,000 square foot portfolio. In 2001, Kim accepted the challenge to manage a portfolio of over 5 million square feet spanning Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan for RG Properties, a Dayton based owner/developer, working with such retail giants as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe’s and Kohl’s.

During her tenure with Lee & Associates, she’s had the pleasure of working side-by-side with various publicly held REIT’s, financial institutions, Receivership’s (buyers of bad debt eminent for default), non-profit organizations as well as private owners and developers. As Director of Management Services, Kim oversees the Property Management Department consisting of fifteen team members who manage in excess of $5.5M, whose buildings have in excess of 500 tenants.

Kim holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Wright State University.

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her two sons enjoying the simpler things in life. Over the past two years, Kim has become very involved in the fitness community and loves sharing her new found passion with others who wish to achieve their personal fitness goals regardless of how big or small.
