Teresa Brashear

Karen began her real estate career as a sales agent in New York City in 1979 and moved into property management in 1987. Prior to moving to Cincinnati, she served as an Area Housing Supervisor for Columbia University in the City of New York with a portfolio of 48 residential apartment buildings and 1 commercial office building.

Karen joined Lee and Associates in 2017 as a site manager for a 66-unit apartment complex. Shortly thereafter, she became a property manager for the residential housing units for the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and The Cincinnati Zoo. Her position is to oversee the day to day operations of maintenance and leasing.
