Kimberly Denardo, Senior Vice President and Director of Integrated Services, joined the Lee & Associates team in 2006. Since the inception of Kim’s career into the Real Estate industry, she has played an integral role in the leasing and management of a diverse array of product including office, industrial, office/flex, retail, residential as well as distressed assets.

Kim began her career with Richard Flagel Realty, Inc. in 1999 as Property Manager and was primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of a 500,000 square foot portfolio. In 2001, Kim accepted the challenge to manage a portfolio of over 5 million square feet spanning Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan for RG Properties, a Dayton based owner/ developer, working with such retail giants as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowe’s and Kohl’s.

During her tenure with Lee & Associates, she’s had the pleasure of working side-by-side with various publicly held REIT’s, financial institutions, Receivership’s, buyers of bad debt eminent for default, non-profit organizations as well as private owners and developers. As Director of Integrated Services, Kim oversees the Property Management Department consisting of twelve (12) team members who manages in excess of 4.2 million, whose buildings have in excess of 450 units.
