Teresa Brashear, Property Services Administrator, plays an integral role in supporting the Management Services Team of over 7M square feet. With 20+ years of commercial real estate experience, Teresa possesses a broad range of expertise in the areas of publicly held REITs, Receiverships, industrial, office, and retail portfolios. Prior to joining RICORE | Lee & Associates, LLC in 2019, she was Operations Manager at Newport On The Levee, a 380,000 square foot entertainment destination center that hosted over 4M guests each year. Primarily responsible for overseeing third-party contracted services for security, parking, and housekeeping, Teresa was also involved in overseeing special events, successfully completed over $200M in capital projects, and provided an overall excellent customer service experience. In addition, she brings value from global corporate lease administration experience from working with Nationwide Insurance, Royal Bank of Canada, and CB Richard Ellis.
